Privacy notice
This notice explains what Snydus LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you use snyduscloud.xyz and the BitBoard app (together, the “Service”), and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a hashed (scrambled, one-way) version of your password. We never see or store your actual password.
- Your content: the boards, lists, cards, comments, checklists and other things you create in BitBoard and choose to sync.
- Sign-in records: which devices are signed in to your account and when they were last used, so you can sign them out.
- Security and server logs: IP addresses of failed log-in attempts (to block password guessing), plus standard web server logs kept by our hosting provider.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't use advertising, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.
- We only set one cookie, which keeps you logged in to this website. It's removed when you log out or close your browser.
How we use it
Only to run the Service: to sign you in, sync your boards between your devices, show shared boards to the people you share them with, keep the Service secure, and respond to you if you contact us.
Who can see your content
- Private boards are visible only to you and the people you choose to share them with.
- Organization boards belong to that organization. Its owners and admins can see them, along with members they're shared with.
- Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. That permanently removes your account and private boards. Failed log-in records are kept only briefly for security. Server backups may hold deleted data for a short time until they are replaced.
Your choices and rights
You can view and change your details on your account page, and delete your account there. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at the contact options on snydus.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and access to your boards is checked on every request. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you don't reuse elsewhere.
Children
The Service isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on this site.
